Thursday 3rd February at Nuffield House, Glasgow at 7pm. We are delighted to have Liz Horton, Registered Hypnotherapist along to do a talk. I have included a summary from Liz of what her treatment entails. Look forward to seeing you all on 3rd February.
"My name is Liz Horton and I am a Registered Hypnotherapist. I also use other techniques in the course of my work such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Motivational Coaching. Hypnotherapy used in a clinical setting has nothing in common with Stage Hypnosis, no hypnotherapist can make anyone do anything against their will (neither can the stage performers they just choose their “performers” well). The benefits of Hypnotherapy are wide ranging and can be applied to many diverse conditions and issues from depression and anxiety to nail biting, weight control, smoking cessation etc. In fact there are very few issues that Hypnotherapy is unable to help in some way. I have used Hypnosis with clients undergoing IVF treatment which has proven to be a very positive experience for them. It is about the use of Hypnotherapy in this field that I will be talking at the CRADLE meeting on the 3rd February."
